Terms and conditions

This is a translation. If it differs from the Dutch version, the Dutch version applies.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services of Interiorboards. Interiorboards is owned by Softmint.nl B.V., Etersheim 11, 1474 MT Oosthuizen, KvK 80251927. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the website

You may only use the website for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You do not use the website in a way that breaks the law or these terms.

3. Account

For some features you create an account. You protect your own account details and you keep your password secret. Softmint.nl B.V. is not liable if someone else uses your account.

3.1 Termination

Softmint.nl B.V. may close your account and deny you access to the website if you break these terms.

4. What you do not do

As a user, you agree that you will not:

• post content that is illegal, offensive, obscene, threatening or defamatory;
• send unsolicited advertising, spam or similar messages;
• spread viruses or other harmful software;
• infringe the rights of others, such as copyright, trade marks or privacy.

4.1 Reporting and removal

We do not check boards and images in advance. Do you see something that is illegal or that infringes your rights? Report it with the report form or email info@interiorboards.nl. Give the link, the reason, your name and your email address. You will get a confirmation of receipt.

We review every report ourselves, without automated systems. If a report is justified, we take the board offline or remove the content. The owner gets an email saying what we did and why. They can respond to it at info@interiorboards.nl or go to court. The person who made the report hears from us what we decided. If someone posts such content repeatedly, we may close the account (article 3.1). If we suspect a criminal offence that threatens someone's life or safety, we report it to the police.

5. Plus and Pro

Interiorboards is free for up to three boards. Plus costs € 48 per year or € 5 per month, including VAT. Plus gives you unlimited boards, background removal, a link to your Pinterest boards, a board without a label and download as PDF.

You pay for Plus through Mollie. The plan renews every month until you cancel. You cancel under Plan on your account page. Plus keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for.

You pay for a year of Plus in advance, in one payment, through Mollie. It runs for one year and does not renew automatically. You get an email two weeks before it ends. If you renew early, the new year starts at the end of the current year.

Pro is for Softmint customers with a paid subscription. Pro has everything in Plus. We turn on Pro for you, and we may turn it off again if your Softmint subscription ends.

If you stop Plus, or your payment stops, you keep your boards. If you then have more than three boards, you can view and share them, but you cannot create new ones.

5.1 Right of withdrawal

If you take Plus as a consumer, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of your payment without giving a reason. This applies to the first monthly payment, to a year and to a renewal for a year. Email info@interiorboards.nl within those 14 days, with the email address of your account. You get the full amount back within 14 days, by the same payment method. Plus then stops.

After those 14 days, you get no refund for a month or a year that is already paid.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website is owned by Softmint.nl B.V. or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trade mark law and other rights. You may not copy, distribute or otherwise use anything without our written permission.

Boards you make on Interiorboards remain the property of Softmint.nl B.V. You may share them with the sharing features of the website. If you make a board public, you give Softmint.nl B.V. permission to use it for marketing, for example as an example on the website, without payment or credit.

You are responsible for having permission for images or content of others that you put on a board. The product photos and prices belong to the web shops. Prices in the web shop may differ from what is on a board.

7. Liability

Softmint.nl B.V. is not liable for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the website or by not being able to use the website, even if we knew about the possible damage.

8. Changes

Softmint.nl B.V. may change these terms. So check this page from time to time. If you keep using the website after a change, you agree to the new terms.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. We bring any dispute before the competent court in Amsterdam.
